How do I get started?

Start your free 14-day trial by clicking here. A credit card is required to sign up.Note: You have the option to cancel your membership before your free trial is over.

I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?

Try resetting your password. You can do this by clicking Edit within the Profile section above. 

Once you select this option, we’ll ask you to enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with instructions. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email within 15 minutes. 

If you update this information but are still having trouble, send us an email at for assistance.

I’m having trouble activating my membership.

Your 14-day trial is activated as soon as you create your account with your payment details. After the trial ends, your membership begins and you will be charged $9.99 monthly. 

If you are having trouble accessing your account, you may need to reset your password. Check out the details in the previous question for information on how to do that.

I have injuries/need modifications. Are these workouts safe for me?

Yes! This program was created with sensitivities and modifications in mind. We have movement videos that avoid common sensitive areas like the shoulders, wrists, and knee pressure. Our goal is to teach you how to move your body in a slow and controlled way. This way you can reap the benefits of movement with as little fuss as possible.

Another option is to or stand instead of sit to get a different kind of workout in. This is your workout and we want you to have total control of it.

How can I update my payment information?

Navigate to your account page, scroll down, and select "Access my portal" to edit your payment information. Once you modify your information, we’ll send you an email confirmation to confirm this update.

Can I repeat a workout?

Yes! Each time you complete a workout it is a different experience, as each day you feel differently within your own body. You don’t need a new workout every single day to reap the health benefits. The workout itself may be the same if you choose to repeat it but remember - throughout the day, our bodies and the movements we make feel different each time we do them.

What are the benefits of a CuedUp workout?

The overall benefit of these workout types is they will improve your everyday movement and give you an energy boost.

1. Toning on Cue: These are targeted movements that help improve strength throughout the body. This enables your body to become stronger around the joints and improves overall well being.

2. Stretching on Cue: These workouts help you find release in common tight areas. Stretching helps to increase blood flow and allows your muscles to work more efficiently.

3. Mobility on Cue: These workouts are all about movement. Healthy mobility results in improved motor control, posture, comfort and fewer injuries.

How can I update my email address?

Unfortunately it is not possible to edit your email address from the account page at this time. If you need to change your email, please create a new account or contact us to make the correction.

Note: If you do not receive a confirmation email from us, your new email address has not been saved. Try entering it again or you can send us an email at for help.

How does the Cue Creator work?

The Cue Creator allows you to curate your workout based on your needs. Once your selections have been chosen, The Cue Creator will display the workout videos that match these selections. 

To begin curating your movement, select from the categories:

For optimal results choose 1, 2, or 3 filters at a given time.

  • Time: Are you someone who wants as little fuss as possible if you’re going to work out, and 5 minutes is good enough for you? We have so many 5 minute videos to get the benefits without a huge time or energy commitment to get into moving your body. Or do you have 5 minutes before your next Zoom call or 20 minutes before you have to leave the house? Choose how much time you want your workout to last here. 
  • Type: What kind of movement are you searching for? Choose between our Three Movement Cues based on your goals here. 
  • Level: True beginner workouts are our specialty, but we also offer movement for those on a more intermediate level. Choose what level you feel most comfortable.
  • Position: We’ve even created an entire workout series based on different positions. Whether you need to stay seated, are ready for floor movement or feel more comfortable standing, we’ve got you covered. 
  • Modification: We understand you have some sensitivities, so we created workouts that avoid specific pain points. Having issues with your knees or shoulders? We offer curated workouts around your sensitivities.
  • Body Focus: Our workouts can help target various areas of your body. Looking for an ab or thigh workout? Select your focus area here and get moving!

Does my membership automatically renew?

Yes! Your membership will renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.

Are these workouts beneficial for men?

Absolutely! These workouts are beneficial for anyone looking to introduce or reintroduce themselves to movement.

Are these workouts beneficial for someone more advanced?

Advanced movement lovers welcome! Add hand or ankle weights to any of our workouts to increase intensity. We also recommend repeating workouts two or three times, depending on how intense of a workout you need. This is your workout and we want you to have total control of it.

This isn’t the right program for me. Can I get a refund?

We’re sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for past payments. If you’d like to manage your membership, scroll down to your Membership Details and click "Access my portal." You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. 

Need to enhance our workouts to really feel the burn?

  • Adding a prop like hand weights or ankle weights during the movement videos will help to increase the workout intensity for those that want a little more out of their 5-20 minute workouts.
  • Another option is to repeat the video. If one day you’re really looking for a leg burn, the videos are meant to be repeated, complete the video another round like you were doing a circuit workout. Where you do the same exercises multiple times when you’re really trying to focus on an area of the body.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. If you’d like to manage your membership, scroll down to your Membership Details and click "Access my portal."

If you cancel and would like to later reactivate your membership, you can log back into your account and sign up for a new plan.

Please cancel before your next billing cycle begins so you’re not charged for another cycle. We are unable to offer any refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Once you cancel, you’ll no longer have access to your workouts.

Can I complete these workouts if I am currently pregnant or if I am postpartum?

While not created specifically for pregnancy and postpartum, CuedUp was designed to be low impact. We’ve kept your shoulders, back, neck, hip and knees in mind when we created our routines, so those who are or have recently been pregnant find that this is a safe and effective workout for them.

Note: Please speak with your doctor before beginning a new workout regimen.

Can I get a refund once my free trial ends?

We’re sure you are going to love these workouts, but in case you don’t, you’ll only have up until the last day of your 14-day free trial to cancel your membership. After that, you will be automatically charged $19.99. We do not offer refunds for past payments. 

You do have the option to pause or cancel after your membership officially begins. 

How much does a CuedUp Fitness membership cost?

We’re offering a free 14-day trial so you can get started right now! After your trial is complete, you’ll be automatically charged $19.99 monthly.

What do I do if there are no workouts available based on my selections?

It’s so important for us to have videos that you’re looking for in your movement journey. Please tell us if there is a specific workout you’d love for us to include! We will work on getting your requests added to the next video batch (which you can always find on your dashboard!)

I’m using the CuedUp website to watch the workout videos. How can I access CuedUp faster?

Open your browser on the device of your choosing and visit our website at Follow these steps for easy access to our workout videos:

Add to your Homescreen

For iPhone: Tap the share button on the bottom of your screen and click “Add to Home Screen”. Next, click Add. Now you’ll be able to access your workouts right from your home screen, without having to type in our website in your browser! 

For Android: Tap the share button on the top right of your screen (the one that looks like three vertical dots). Next click “Add to Home Screen” then click “Add”. And you’re all set to access your workouts from your home screen! 

How do I create a bookmark?

Google Chrome: Click the star on the top right of your browser, located on the far right of your address bar. Rename the bookmark or leave it as is and click “Done”. You’re now just a few clicks away from your workouts.

Safari: Click the share button in the toolbar, then choose “Add Bookmark”. Select where to add the bookmark, and rename it if you’d like (or leave it as is). Choose a folder in the pop-up menu and click “Add”.  You’re all set! 

Firefox: Choose “Bookmarks” from the main menu then click “Bookmark This Page”. In the pop-up, you can name, move or tag your bookmark (or leave it as is). Your workouts just got easier!
